MA BARGAIN LIMITED

Privacy Policy

Effective: 18 September 2026

This policy describes how MA BARGAIN LIMITED (“we”) handles information on this website and in the Android application Screw Pin Escape (package name com.screw.pinescape, version 1.0.0).

1. Controller and law

Effective date: 18 September 2026.

Controller. MA BARGAIN LIMITED, Flat 0/3, 1 Thread Court, Glasgow, Scotland, G40 1AS. Write to simpson@dealvoyagegloballlc.site, ring +1 304 356 6404, or use the Counter page. D-U-N-S 226109378.

We handle personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The courts of Scotland hear disputes about this notice.

2. Surfaces this policy covers

This notice covers the company website at https://dealvoyagegloballlc.site and Screw Pin Escape on Android. It does not invent a public store listing URL. When a store page exists, this policy still applies to the named package.

3. Information handled on this website

If you use the Counter form or later send email, we receive the name, reply address, and message you type. The Counter form opens a mail draft; it does not post that text to a form server on this site.

Hosting providers may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to keep the site running and to resist abuse.

These pages load Alegreya and Red Hat Text from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical data to Google to fetch those files. We do not operate unused advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics on this site, and this policy does not claim that we do.

4. Information Screw Pin Escape keeps on the device

Screw Pin Escape version 1.0.0 is a local-first pin-pull puzzle. Core boards run on the phone after install. No account or sign-in is required, and we do not run a cloud copy of your workshops.

5. Information the app does not take

Version 1.0.0 does not ask for an account, and it does not send board files to the Thread Court office. The in-app privacy card states that this version does not collect personal information.

6. Why we use website information

We use contact details you send so we can reply, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Legitimate interests and legal obligation are the usual bases for website correspondence. App board files stay on your device for the puzzle you asked the app to run. We do not sell personal information for advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

Enquiry records on the website side are kept only as long as the reply and legal duties need.

Board progress stays on the phone until you use Clear progress, wipe the app data, or uninstall. Because those files are not stored on our servers, we cannot erase them from the Glasgow office.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertising networks. Hosting and mail carriers may see technical or correspondence data needed to deliver the site or a reply. We disclose information where a competent authority in Scotland lawfully requires it.

9. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold from website correspondence. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Children

This website and Screw Pin Escape are not directed at children under 13.

11. International transfers

If a host sits outside the UK, we rely on a lawful transfer tool where the law requires one.

12. Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
